To that end, Sage & Santo pledges the following:

We assess each potential client’s needs against our portfolio of services and time investments. As we are focused on each client’s needs, progress and success, we maintain schedules that allow us to be responsive and meet the objectives of each client. Therefore, our decision to take on a new client is based on our ability to be successful in not only meeting the goals of the new client, but also being able to maintain our ability to meet the goals of our current clients. If after our initial consultation with a potential new client we determine that we would not be able to meet the need of the client within the current time and resource availability, we will decline the opportunity and suggest other options.

If we conduct an assessment or review and cannot identify problems, gaps, limitations or provide substantial recommendations for correction or improvement, we will perform periodic assessments or reviews at no additional expense. If we take on a new client and are not able to deliver meaningful and significant expertise that improves the client’s situation or meets the agreed upon need, we will refund any consulting fee to that point.
